The Lake Club at Spanish Wells Homeowners Association (“Association”) is organized under Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes. It consists of 104 villa homes and common areas covering approximately 23 acres. There were several builders, including McCoy and Kraft Construction. There are 6 basic floor plans that were originally offered. They are referred to as The Andora, The Barcelona, The Renaissance, The Sterling, Duplex Villa A/C and Duplex Villa B/D.
